Ms. Kausar Bibi has more than 12 years of working experience with  international and national organizations in the field of Child Protection, Gender Equality, Capacity building, education and quality and accountability. She is currently leading a quality and accountability program with Community World Service Asia in Pakistan and in the region.  She possesses diverse experience of working in local, national and international rights-based humanitarian and development organizations in program design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and assessments. Her core areas of expertise are developing advocacy and communication strategies, coordination, partnership, and networking mainly for gender equality and child protection. She is a strong advocate and often provides technical and managerial support & recommendations to line agencies, NGO partners and to project teams in developing appropriate and sustainable tools to develop and improve follow-up mechanisms and monitoring systems to monitor quality standards. She has expertise in Sphere and CHS standards implementation in emergency and development projects. 

In her career, she designed, delivered and evaluated multiple projects in regular, emergency and post-emergency situations in Pakistan with multiple donor agencies including Royal Norwegian Embassy, UNICEF, Global Affairs Canada (GAC), and IKEA. She secured double Masters; MSc in Gender and Women’s Studies, and a MA in Political Science from Pakistan. She also received international training courses on child Rights and Protection from the Ombudsman of Children Sweden and South Africa, and child participation and inclusiveness in Bangkok, Thailand.
